Over the past few weeks I've been thinking a lot about the topic of listening in social media. So many folks publish without paying attention that I think this is an underused, but critical, part of our social media plans.

I'm hoping we can use this week's #smchat to dig deeper into some of that and to also add things I didn't cover. So here are the questions for the Feb. 10, 2010 #smchat:

If you've not moderated before the general idea is to keep folks focused on the topic at hand, while nurturing tangents that may add to the discussion.
