OBJECTIVE: I would personally like to understand from the SM savvy chat participants what it is about SM that elevates the collaborative process of leadership? Can we put our finger on some of the specifics?
Some feedback I received on my post Collaborative leadership ~ is as follows:
VIEW ONE~ Social media is ONLY a tool and what makes a good leader is still the same as it always has been. Only the tools have changed.
VIEW TWO ~ Social media brings something new and different to the mix, and not only does it elevate the collaboration process of leadership, it does in fact foster a far more creative approach where leadership can be truly shared by 2, 3 or more individuals. Not only the tools have changed, but leadership itself has changed.
Q 43a~HOW & why is social media an enabler for successful collaborative leadership?
Q 43b~How is collaborative leadership an enabler for successful social media?
